I interviewed Kiara Butler for my project. I was interested in learning how was her experience growing up in New Orleans and having to move due to Katrina. I learned a lot form her in this project and I hope everyone else who watches de video will too.
My video is about St. Patrick’s Day 2012 in New Orleans. I used pictures of the parades, me, my friends, and other people to create a story about that day!

I chose this theme for my blog because it reminds me a lot of home and just makes me happy. In Panama I go every weekend to the beach or the country side, and enjoy the sun and nature around me. It is also a theme that makes the page look fun and attractive instead of serious and boring. I relate to its childish look because I always try to have fun with everything I do just like when we are children. Also it does not matter how old I am I will always hold on to the child inside me. It shows the kind of person that I am and illustrates what is important to me.
